We collect, process and analyze data from numerous media sources and social networks to produce statistical analysis and insights to identify trends to enable our customers to better to manage, optimize and analyze their digital marketing activities across multiple advertising channels and devices. We do not have a direct relationship with Users who visit or otherwise engage our Customer's Websites or are exposed to Customer's advertisements that are managed using our Services. As such, advertising information gathered from our Customers' users is un-identifiable, and we do not know, nor will we attempt to know the identity of our Customers' Users.

We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of our websites located at www.ConsumerAcquisition.com and bids.consumeracquisition.com (collectively the "Site") and Services. Our Services include our software applications which we make available on certain third party media buying services, social networking services and on mobile devices (each an "Application").

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our services, features and content, to administer your use of the Services, and to enable you and other people that visit us to enjoy and easily navigate the Site, Application and Services.

Personally Identifiable Information

Log Data

When you visit the Site, Application and Services, whether as a Member or a non-registered user just browsing (any of these, a "ConsumerAcquisition.com Visitor"), our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site and Application, pages of our Site, Application and Services that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Site and Application and via the Services, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Site, Application and Services and for the Site, Application and Services' technical administration, to increase our Site, Application and Services' functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor our Site, Application and Services to our visitors' needs. We also use this information to verify that visitors to the Site, Application and Services meet the criteria required to process their requests and to provide you with our Business Matching services.

Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to help us collect, maintain and use information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize persistent cookies to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Site, Application and Services. Second, we utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Site and Application, to better understand how you interact with the Site and Application and to monitor aggregate usage by ConsumerAcquisition.com Visitors and web traffic routing on the Site, Application and Services. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the Site, Application and Services and then close your browser. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Site and Application or all functionality of the Services. We may also use "pixel tags," "web beacons," "clear GIFs" or similar means (individually or collectively "Pixel Tags") in connection with our services to collect usage, demographic and geographical location data. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, which is typically a transparent graphic that is placed on a webpage and may be associated with cookies on your hard drive. Pixel Tags allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of the Site and Application, to deliver branded services and to help determine the effectiveness of our Site and Application's services.

Web Beacons / Gifs

We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.

3rd Party Tracking

The use of cookies and clear gifs by our Customers, technology partners and service providers is not covered by our privacy policy. We do not have access or control over these cookies. Our Customers, technology partners and service providers use trackers to optimize your experience on our site and help them better manage content on our site. We do not tie the information gathered to our Customers' or Users' personally identifiable information.

Behavioral Targeting / Re-Targeting

As part of our Services that we provide to our Members and Customers, we partner with third party ad networks to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests.

If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads, you may opt-out by clicking here: http://preferences-mgr.truste.com/.
